By accessing or using the Trading Raja website, platform, and course materials ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Student," "you") and Trading Raja ("we," "us," "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

To use our Services, you must meet the following criteria:

Course Access & Enrollment

Upon successful payment and enrollment, you receive:

• Personal Use Only: Course access is granted to you individually and is non-transferable. You may not share, distribute, or resell your account or course access to others.
• Content Updates: We may update or add new content to the course over time. These updates are included in your enrollment at no additional cost.
• Community Access: If applicable, access to the private community is included with your enrollment and follows the community guidelines.

Payments & Refunds

Payment: All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment partners (Razorpay, Stripe). Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Refund Policy:

• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
• To request a refund, contact us at support@tradingraja.in within 7 days of your purchase.
• Refund eligibility requires that you have completed less than 20% of the course content.
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• After the 7-day window, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in account suspension and legal action. We are committed to resolving any payment-related concerns promptly.

Intellectual Property

All content available through Trading Raja is the exclusive property of Trading Raja and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws:

• Course Content: All videos, written materials, PDFs, templates, strategies, frameworks, graphics, and audio are copyrighted by Trading Raja.
• Brand Assets: The Trading Raja name, logo, trademarks, and branding are our proprietary assets.
• Course Methodology: The teaching methodology, trading frameworks, and strategic approaches taught in the course are proprietary.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast, or create derivative works from any course content without explicit written permission from Trading Raja. Violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action and immediate termination of access.

User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Use the course materials only for personal, educational purposes.
• Not share your account credentials with anyone.
• Not attempt to download, record, or redistribute course videos or materials.
• Not use our platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or security features.
• Not harass, abuse, or harm other community members (if community access is provided).
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and access, at our sole discretion, without refund.

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Any financial losses incurred through trading are your own responsibility. Trading Raja, its owners, instructors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from your trading activities or reliance on information provided in our courses.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Trading Raja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use our Services.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the course in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for any losses arising from market fluctuations, trading decisions, third-party actions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination:

• Your right to access the course materials and platform will be immediately revoked.
• We may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies.
• Outstanding payment obligations remain in effect.
• Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law).

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through:

• Informal Resolution: First, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally via email at legal@tradingraja.in.
• Mediation: If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any other remedy.
• Jurisdiction: If mediation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We may notify you of significant changes via:
